Fantastic location opposite Maria Pia beach, although a couple of km walk into the old town of Alghero. The residence or apartments were basic, very basic. The tiled floors, fab for cleaning dreadful for soundproofing. You are given a charge card at reception as nowhere in the hotel except the mini market accepts cash or card. There is free parking as a taxi to/from the airport is approx €30-35. There are 2 swimming pools, although, we did not use any of the hotel facilities as the beach a cross the road. I did see set course lunches in the hotel part but didn't partake & headed into town for food.
Wifi on room 103 doesnt work, they bring us wifi amplifier but didnt help. All employees are very friendly and helpful.
A bit out of the way, unless you want to be at Maria Pia beach all the time. Pool area is nice, breakfast is decent and overall it’s a good place :)
Really enjoyed my recent stay at the Oasis Hotel. Rooms basic however they are spotless clean. Service was wonderful and staff very accommodating to your required taste. They don't take any cash or card in the hotel. You are given a card to use for your stay and pay the bill at the end.
Beach across the road from complex with multiple beds and various places to eat and drink also. Rental of bikes is onsite also which is wonderful for exploring the old town and the various sites. Great hotel for those with a disability as it is very accommodating.
It's a 3 stars hotel, but a little to expensive for what offer.
Old but clean; a lovely pool but small rooms.
Breakfast was exactly the same for 7 days, but the staff are friendly and helpful.
Overall I think it's exactly what should be for a 3 stars hotel.
The room was very dirty. When we went to the reseption to tell them the room was dirty and stuff did not work, they were very offended and immediately condescending.
The food was not good and the staff who served it was very inpolite and cheeky. The biggest part of the buffet food they served was not fresh and very bad quality. For the price you pay to stay there you should get better rooms, food and mostly better treatment!!

The room was very dirty so we went to the reception and informed the staff about it. An inpolite lady from the staff came to our room but then didn't do anything so we had to stay in this apparently dirty room.
Another thing is the food. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both of them weren't good at all. The staff who served us the food was very mean and even took us the food away when we didn't even finish eating and they were also inpolite. Also the food wasn't fresh (for example at the breakfast table the orange juice and (other juices too) were the most disgusting I've ever had because they were really chemical.
I'm sorry but I just can't find anything good about this hotel.
This hotel can't be a 4-star hotel in my opinion.

Not a 3 star hotel, this is a 2 star motel. Breakfast staff incredibly rude, telling us to leave breakfast even though we were still eating. No towels available for the pool, unless you pay a 10 euro PER TOWEL deposit and pay 3 euros per day for the use of a towel at the pool. Rooms are incredidbly dated, think 70s motel and I'm sure the beds and pillows are from the same era. Really, really noisy, no sound proofing between rooms and floors and you hear people all night long. Very overpriced for what you get. Internet is abysmal, not suitable in the 21st century.
